1. FAR FROM YOUR SUN

Over mountains and plains
Sun seems to have disappeared
Sweet is the cold breath of the wind
Blowing a well-known melody

A ship sailing on the horizon
Reminds me of my stormy childhood
I was born in a place
Where skies and earth make only one

Passing over the foaming rivers in my torn red pants
I used to sing this sweet melody

Far from your sun I stand x4

Winded by our runs through the moor
We laid in the tall grass
The wind swept our hair
The rain washed our muddy faces

Under the wrath of a raging sky
We watch waves breaking on cliffs
In a dark moonless night
We were the guardians of this land

Far from your sun I stand (x4)

Over mountains and plains
Sun seems to have disappeared
Sweet is the cold breath of the wind
Blowing a well-known melody

A ship sailing on the horizon
Reminds me of my stormy childhood
I was born in a place
Where skies and earth make only one

Under the wrath of a raging sky
We watch waves breaking on cliffs
In a dark moonless night
I am the guardian of this land

2. UNDER THE HANDS OF TIME

I know you went through a bad time
Guess the words you have never said
I know the bitterness of your dreams
See the scars of time deep in your mind

You left on the roads of life with the urge to live
You were beautiful you were strong
Scared to be what you are now
Ordinary man alone face to himself

Remember the time when you were young and proud
Remember the days when you were strong

There is something wrong in your eyes
There is something wrong in your smile
Nothing to erase the pain
A feeling of sorrow inside

I remember the day when you are gone
I remember those days when I cried
Now you are back but the years of glory are gone
Now you are back but I don’t see you anymore

Remember the time when you were young and proud
Remember the days when you were strong
Remember the time when you were young and proud
Remember the days when you were strong

Silence and weakness were your worst enemies
Better dying than living on knees
Have you forgotten all your promises
Who put these chains around your neck

I cannot stand to see you creeping
On the trace of your past
All these roads you wanted to hit
You lost your soul you lost your faith

Where are your dreams now
Where are your hopes now
Where are your dreams now
Where are your hopes now

Face of stony soldiers you broke your hands
Faced with cold illusions you burnt your eyes
Face of stony soldiers you broke your hands
Faced with cold illusions you burnt your eyes

Where are your dreams now
Where are your hopes now

Remember the time when you were young and proud
Remember the days when you were strong
Remember the time when you were young and proud
Remember the days when you were strong

Remember the time (x3)
Remember this time

3. ANNABEL LEE (EDGAR ALLAN POE'S POEM)

It was many and many a year ago
In a kingdom by the sea
That a maiden there lived, whom you may know
By the name of Annabel Lee
And this maiden she lived with no other thought
Than to love and be loved by me
And this maiden she lived with no other thought
Than to love and be loved by me

I was a child and she was a child
In this kingdom by the sea
But we loved with a love that was more than love
I and my Annabel Lee
With a love that winged seraphs in Heaven
Coveted her and me
With a love that winged seraphs in Heaven
Coveted her and me

This was the reason that, long ago
In this kingdom by the sea
The winds blew out of a cloud, chilling
My beautiful Annabel Lee
So that her highborn kinsmen came
And bore her away from me,
To shut her up in a sepulchre
In this kingdom by the sea

The Angels, not half so happy in Heaven,
Went envying her and me
Yes! That was the reason (as all men know
In this kingdom by the sea)
That the wind came out of a cloud by night
Chilling and killing my Annabel Lee
Chilling and killing my Annabel Lee

Annabel Lee
The wind came out of a cloud by night
Annabel Lee
Chilling and killing my Annabel Lee
Annabel Lee
The wind came out of a cloud by night
Annabel Lee

But our love, it was stronger by far than the love
Of those who were older than we,
Of many far wiser than we

And neither the Angels in Heaven above
Nor the demons down under the sea
Can ever dissever my soul from the soul
Of the beautiful Annabel Lee

Annabel Lee
The wind came out of a cloud by night
Annabel Lee
Chilling and killing my Annabel Lee
Annabel Lee
The wind came out of a cloud by night
Annabel Lee
Chilling and killing my Annabel Lee

For the moon never beams without bringing me dreams
Of the beautiful Annabel Lee
And the stars never rise, but I feel the bright eyes
Of my beautiful Annabel Lee.
And so, all the nighttide, I lie down by the side
Of my darling! My darling, my life and my bride

And so, all the nighttide, I lie down by the side
Of my darling! My darling, my life and my bride

In her sepulchre, there by the sea,
In her tomb, by the sound of the sea

4. ON THE PATH

The black shadows of the tortured bodies
Hang tirelessly on the branches of dishonor
Condemned to the silence, to the silence of the weak
Cursed keepers of the path of the hanged men

Here stands the thin line between life and death
Here stands the frontiere between glory and pain

See the men
Who left their dreams to others stronger
To others stronger than them

See the men
For whom the reality
Cursed the name for eternity

Walking to the rhythm of the vultures screams
Mutilated by the vicious appetite of crows
Obscene exposition of an endless lost quest
I penetrate the circle of the damned

Frightened by this vision of horror
I continue under this fence of suffering
Attracted by the calls of abandon
Are my ambitions too strong for me

The road to hell is paved with good intentions
The road to hell is paved with good intentions

On the path of the hanged men
I touched the face of desperation
On the path of the hanged men
I learnt the weakness of dreams
On the path
On the path

I danced with the shadows of the damned
I heard the loud silence of oblivion
I touched the face of desperation
I learnt the weakness of our dreams

See the men
Who left their dreams to others stronger
To others stronger than them

See the men
For whom the reality
Cursed the name for eternity

See the men
Who left their dreams to others stronger
To others stronger than them

See the men
Who left their dreams to others stronger
To others stronger than them

See the men
